You can start the conversation about mental health. Though this conversation is not easy, it is so important to have friends and family to talk to. The more you talk about your mental health, the easier it becomes! Talking about your mental health is beneficial for your wellbeing!

THINGS YOU CAN DO TO MAINTAIN GOOD MENTAL HEALTH:


- Get plenty of sleep

- Take a bath

- Eat well (foods that will boost your mood: quinoa, salmon, mushrooms, dark chocolate, grapes, black beans, chamomile tea, eggs, red peppers, coconut, pumpkin seeds, honey, spinach, bananas, avocados, etc.)

- Enjoy the sunlight

- Take a walk outside

- Write down your thoughts in a journal

- Drink water

- Read a book

- Go for a run

- Do yoga

- Watch an episode of your favorite show

- Take a digital break

- Listen to music

- Make a list of things you're grateful for

- Meditate
